Subabul Plantation

Subabul plantation is good option if you have un-used land & marketing options for Paper mills ...
  • Initial cost of ~40 to 50 k for planting on 1st year for 5 acres & small maintenance costs (5k) in year 2 & 3
  • Every three years, we can cut the plantation & sell them to paper mills !! ~Rs. 70 - 75 k/- per Acre & 3.5 L for 5 acre for every three years.

Every one dream, at some point of life, to do farming and feel that we don't have land :) Am doing farming ( small scale i.e. gardening at Bangalore). So, Thought of providing a platform to experiment on farming at one rural village i.e. my village.
